Your data is stored by KRD Training within the provisions of the Data Protection Act.

KRD Training does not share your data with any third parties under any circumstances, unless required to do so by a court order.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it

We collect your name, address, telephone numbers and email address. The data is used to process bookings and maintain our accounts. The data will also be used to publicise our training events and other KRD marketing material. You have the right to opt out of receiving marketing material at any time.

Where is Personal Data Stored?

All electronic data that is stored by KRD Training is encrypted. Access to our computers is password protected and our firewall and security are regularly reviewed. We also maintain some paper files at our head office. This are secured in a locked area.

How long do we store Personal Data?

We hold the personal information for as long as necessary. When the data is no longer needed it is shredded or electronically destroyed.

GDPR (2018)

This sets out the rules on how we store and use your data:
We can only hold Information on you with your consent.
We can only use it for the reasons for which you gave it to us.
We cannot share it with anyone else unless there is a lawful indication to do so.
We must work to keep the information up to date and accurate.
We must keep your data safe and secure and will destroy it when it is no longer needed.

GDPR provides the following rights for the individual:

The right to request a copy of the information that we hold about you.
The right to request the correction of any data that we have stored about you.
The right to request that KRD Training destroy any data that they store about you.
The right to refuse the processing of your data.
The right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioners Office (ICO).
